Whether in the hospitality industry, IT, health or fashion and lifestyle sector, CN Outsourced Finance partners with businesses from all industries to create strategic solutions that will improve their performance and make their operations more efficient – translating into greater profitability.
With over 40 years of combined experience in internal and external audit, accounting, compliance, corporate governance, tax, payroll and business management, CN Finance consists of a highly-skilled and capable team
“It is our mission to contribute to socio-economic development by mentoring the South African youth.”
Because of this, they are able to offer a broad range of unique services, where they begin by registering your company, then taking you through all the statutory functions, and finally producing the annual financial statements for your brand – staying with you and offering advice every step of the way.
The services they offer can be categorised into different sectors: The tax department focuses on corporate and individual income tax, Value Added Tax, customs, registrations, and employee tax, amongst others.
Then there is the accounting sector which assists with financial modeling and cash flow forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and more.
There is also the payroll department, company-secretarial and corporate governance sectors- which, when each given an equal amount of attention and work, will ensure that the financial foothold of your company is running like a well-oiled machine.
In addition, the company is proud to be a part of Impande – a supplier development programme operated by Kagiso Tiso Holdings (KTH). KTH is an emerging pan-African investment champion, which was developed with the aim to cultivate a range of much-needed skills from which they can procure services for their business.
This is in line with their aspiration to be the employer of choice in the financial management field, and to be known for their on-the-job training and career-moulding mentorship not only for their employees but also the employees of their clients.
“It is our mission to contribute to socio-economic development by mentoring the South African youth through a quality skills training program.”
Essentially, CN Outsourced Finance wants to foster South Africa’s SMME sector by giving small, local businesses access to a level of financial skills and expertise that they would not normally be able to afford. By providing effective and economical value, they help their clients become competitive in their respective fields whilst focusing on their core business.
All the services offered are conducted with the company’s core values in mind – integrity, objectivity, professionalism and confidentiality. These qualities also resonate with and are embodied by the company’s female-founder duo, Chwayita Deliwe and Nolukhanyo Makuni.
